FLUFFY PANCAKES RECIPE | Perfect Homemade Pancakes In 15 Minutes

They're easy and quick to cook, resulting in delicious, thick golden-brown pancakes with a perfect texture: fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I am serving them with pistachios, honey, and powdered sugar, but you can customize them with your favorite toppings. Ingredients Batter: Flour 140g Sugar 20g Bourbon sugar 5g Salt 2g Baking powder 4g Butter 50g 1 Large Egg 55g Milk 130ml Additionally: For frying: Butter 30g For decorating: Honey 10g Pistachios 15g Powdered sugar 2g Weight 3 pancakes 12-13cm ~ 370g(after cooking) Instruction 1.Start cooking pancakes by preparing dry ingredients. - Sift the flour in a medium bowl. -Then add other dry ingredients to the sifted flour, such as granulated sugar, bourbon brown sugar, a pinch of salt and baking powder. - Whisk all the dry ingredients together and set aside. 2.Next, prepare the wet ingredients. -Сut the butter into cubes for easier melting and place the bowl with butter in microwave, heat just until it is melted (~10sec). Pour it into a larger mixing bowl. -Whisk in one egg into the cooled melted butter. -Add the milk into the mixing bowl with the melted butter and egg. -Whisk wet inredients until well-combined. 3.After that pour wet mixture over dry mixture prepared earlier, gently stir with a spatula until combined. If there are lumps in the batter, they will dissolve during cooking. 4. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and grease the sufrace with butter. Spread the batter evenly onto the greased surface with a ladle. Cook pancake for 1-2 minutes, until the bubbles appeared on surface along with small holes. Flip and cook another few minutes. 5.
