Описание: MAH PONK Let me show you it. A few words about what's in this picture. This is a Pong-like game for a VGA display. It is implemented as FPGA core in Verilog HDL. The heart of the machine is an Altera FLEX6000 series chip which gets loaded, or in other words configured, upon power-up. I used an ad-hoc development board to make the prototype first. After most of the game was done, I designed the hardware specific for this project. My PCB has the FPGA chip itself, configuration flash, power supply, Analog-to-Digital Converter, audio amplifier and all necessary connectors. The enclosure is made from a protective case of some streamer cartridge. The paddle knobs are from the store, but I embedded LEDs into them. The other part of each paddle is a dental floss container. Leds in the knobs are connected by thin multithreaded wires -- hopefully those won't break too soon. The video taken with the prototype can be seen here. Update: the entire design is released, check back at the main project page for details —>
