Îïèñàíèå: c/n C1/0351 Built in 1951 for the Portuguese Air Force with the serial 1306. The first ten Portuguese Chipmunks were UK built, with the remainder being produced under license in Portugal by OGMA. In the late 1990’s this was one of seven Portuguese Chipmunks to be upgraded with a Lycoming O-360 replacing the original Gipsy Major engine. She is still in military service and is operated by Esquadra 802 “Aguias”, the flying unit of the Portuguese Air Force Academy who use the type for pilot evaluation and as a glider tug.
