Îïèñàíèå: c/n 61-621 / M17-15 Built for the USAF as 83-1068 and known to have served with the 401st Tactical Fighter Wing at Torrejon Airbase in Spain and the 183rd Fighter Wing, part of the Illinois Air National Guard. Stored with AMARC at Davis Monthan, Arizona, between November 1994 and August 1999 then transferred to Portugal as 15131 under the Peace Atlantis II program. The Portuguese Air Force F-16 fleet is operated jointly by Esquadra 201 ‘Falc~oes’ and Esquadra 301 ‘Jaguares’ and 15131 is seen in a maintenance hangar during the 2022 Open Day at the home base for both units.
