Îïèñàíèå: c/n 122 The MS.472 was a two-seat trainer which first flew in December 1945. Over 500 were built and remained in service until the late 1960’s. Despite having a complete airframe, in 1980 the museum decided to only restore the forward fuselage, with the unrestored rear fuselage and wings being stored at Dugny. The forward fuselage idea makes more sense when it is explained that the museum also had a second MS.472 at the time, which it intended to restore as a complete airframe. Sadly, the second airframe was lost in the devastating Dugny fire of May 1990. Possibly now the only surviving example (?) No.122 remains on display in the Cockade Hall ‘French Military Aviation’ (Hall 8) at the Mus'ee de l'air et de l'espace. Le Bourget Airport, Paris, France. 12th July 2022
