This tinted version identifies the city as Petrograd (you can see they blacked out "Saint Petersburg" and stamped on "Petrograd"), which means it was made after 1914 when they changed the name of the city, which was changed again 10 years later to Leningrad. This earlier black and white version identifies it as Saint Petersburg, which means it was originally made prior to 1914.[1] The copyright would be with the original photographer/postcard maker, who were surely local to the area or associated with the cathedral.
