Instead, as we can see, Sadiq Khan, Mayor of London; Joe Ejiofor, Haringey Council's "Leader"; plus their "regeneration" experts; property developer "partners", and almost everyone else involved in the housing market, are working together to exploit the homes crisis. They claim what admirable and positive benefactors they are! In reality they're part of a system which ensures the shortage of decent homes. Further guarantees growing homelessness. Of short-term renting with endless temporary lets and rising rents. All linked to growing personal debt; poor health; disrupted children's education; and a long list of other ills and social problems.
