Описание: Above 4 June 2019. Yes, it's possible. A day ( hour? ) with no dumping on the pavement or roadway outside the rear of Haringey Law Centre. (7 Holcombe Road N17) Which led me to think about the possible "message" sent by the use of the ground floor space at the rear of the building. As any passer-by can see, it's a sort of store with moveable metal shutters. A mesh grill with the contents inside easily visible through the mesh. What's there? Rubbish and a large wheeled waste bin. I may be wrong, but I get the impression from my own photos that much of the same waste sat in this storage space over several months. 1 June 2019. And also 23 May 2019. And on 14 April 2019. Possibly too, on 10 April 2019. And so, it seems to me, on 2 April 2019. Are people leaving waste here encouraged by "reading" the storage space as a location where it will be 'officially' collected? At the very least this seems a possibility. After all, rubbish dumped there is collected. I and others report it to Veolia and Haringey.
