фото: No, it's not art.

Описание: 14 April 2019. A return visit to the demolished space in Forster Road at the rear of 451 High Road, Tottenham, London N17. Since I last posted photos the shopfront had been let to an art dealer. But it looked like whoever was monitoring and removing the rubbish dumping at the rear, had stopped. So the dumpers and graffiti sprayers and taggers had resumed production. As before some empty cans and litter may indicate that Tottenham's street drinkers are using the al fresco facilities. The partly broken door and damaged wooden boxing round the pipes seemed the same. When the lease is up it will be interesting to discover and calculate the total public money which Haringey Council wasted on this absurd leasehold scheme. It's entirely true that the Government have imposed cruel cuts on our Council. Just as it has to other local authorities across the UK. But that is yet another reason why Haringey should have avoided such wasteful incompetence and vanity projects. I previously asked Haringey who made the decision to demolish the store rooms previously on this site at the rear of 451 High Road. They claimed not to know.
