Описание: Near Seven Sisters tube station. On the west side of High Road, Tottenham N15. On the right of the photo, the window of Pueblito Paisa restaurant. Behind it, the Latin Market, developed in a building which many years ago was a department store called Wards. It stood empty for many years. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is one of several photos on 12 November 2018 showing the new tower being erected at the junction of Seven Sisters Road and High Road Tottenham N15. It's on the site of the former Haringey building called Apex House. It was sold to the developers Grainger plc for an undisclosed sum — rumoured to have been over lb3 million. Also rumoured was the possible existence of an 'overage agreement' whereby Haringey may have a share in future profits. Does such an agreement exist? Martin Ball - our friend and neighbour - asked a former Haringey "cabinet" elected councillor about it. He said he'd "get back" to us. We heard nothing more. He's no longer a councillor. 'Take the Victoria Line to Colombia': Inside London's colourful Latin market, threatened with demolition. § The pedestrian with a long coat is walking on Cycle Superhighway 1. Not that this is properly signed. Its location immediately next to the subway exit raises serious questions.
