Especially when a bin is circled by colourful rubbish bags. _____________________________________ Designing the new Logo wasted lb86,000 in 2015. It appears that at least a small extra trickle of public cash is still being wasted on these unnecessary "branding" signs. Much like the continuing trickle of gloop which leaks from rubbish bags. Part of the official justification for the new logo was: "To improve the profile and image of the council with residents and key stakeholders" "Ensure the identity reflects our vision for the borough as a place of true potential and ambition" "Be a catalyst for a wider programme of culture change" "Help with the recruitment and retention of staff by creating a stronger sense of identity for the council." I hope the people who dreamed-up those asinine words now have some feelings of shame and embarrassment.
