Описание: A narrow alleyway runs between Scales Road and Mitchley Road, Tottenham London N17. The alley is owned by Haringey Borough Council. It was gated at both ends by the Council to try to prevent dumping. I took the photos on this page on 21 March 2018. The one above with extensive dumping, shows the alley from Scales Road, looking northwards The photo below is from Mitchley Road. Some white doors and other rubbish were dumped near the gate. The alley is managed on behalf of the Council by Homes for Haringey its wholly owned Arms Length Management Company (ALMO). I previously reported dumping in this alley on 19 January 2018. It was not cleared and more rubbish has been added since then. The alley should be accessible to the local Fire Service.
