Описание: Dumped rubbish, graffiti and exposed pipes. Forster Rd N17 at the rear of 451 High Rd Tottenham, London N17. The premises in Forster Road, are a small, open, concreted yard adjacent to the roadway & pavement. It is owned by Haringey Council. Until 2016 these premises were occupied by John McAslan + Partners (JMP). As part of the refurbishment of the premises for use by JMP as a "studio", some buildings at the rear were demolished, leaving this small open yard. A corner of the yard - shown in the photos - now seems to be used for litter and possibly as a urinal. I and others regularly report this and other problems to Haringey Council. It gets cleared but before long is re-dumped. Currently there's also some graffiti tagging. Recently some pipework which was boxed-in, has had the wooden boxing detached. I took these three photos at 2pm on 19 December 2017. Reported to Haringey using the free website FixMyStreet.
