Описание: I promised to post more information about the wrecked car at the Imperial War Museum which I photographed on 17 August 2017 and posted previously here: www.flickr.com/photos/alanstanton/36882516772/ If my photo is not clear enough, here's the wording on the screen above: "Baghdad Car. "Iraqi civilian vehicle Destroyed 2007. "On 5 March 2007 a suicide bomb destroyed the Mutanabbi Street book market in Baghdad, capital of Iraq. Thirty-eight people were killed and over a hundred injured. This car was destroyed by the bomb, and was later toured across the United States by British artist Jeremy Deller." _______________________________ I took these and other photos during a visit to the Imperial War Museum on 17 August 2017. Zena and I went with our friend Larry Robinson (visiting from the U.S.) to see an exhibition: "People Power: Fighting For Peace". The wrecked car as such was not part of that exhibition. It didn't need to be.
