Описание: From a Sunday Stroll on 20 August 2017. For years this corner of Somerset Road and Rawlinson Terrace N17 has been a regular dumping spot. Why is there bedraggled bunting - remains of a row of little flags - hanging from the railings? More unwanted rubbish. Perhaps left over from the London Olympics in 2012? Or maybe from the Queen's Jubilee. I reported the dumped bags reported to Haringey Council through the free website Fix My Street. § From 2012 . . . There will also be Olympic lamp post banners all the way down Tottenham High Road (even though the southerly end is not on the route). Installation of the banners is starting on 6 June. I attach a picture of the banners. There will also be a flag at the Civic Centre. We will also be using London 2012 Community Celebration packs to decorate Council venues (these include bunting and banners).
