Описание: 5 July 2017. I reported this rubbish to Haringey Council using the free website Fix My Street. There are several ways to report dumped stuff - all are free. They include Haringey Council's own website and mobile app. I prefer Fix My Street. I suggest other people try out those available and then use whatever they find most convenient and which works for them. Haringey Council's policy is to encourage people to sign up for an account with the Council and use its official app. This seems to stem from their controlling mindset. Plus a belief in what's called "channel shift" as a way of saving money and sacking staff. Aiming to replace them with machines. Another phrase for this is "digital by default". Needless to say this medicine is not prescribed for top bosses and politicians. Their power and salaries continue to however well or badly they perform. Although several of appear to show strongly robotic features. It would be useful to have an independent evaluation of the different reporting systems. The aim would be to discover not just what works better in getting rubbish and litter cleared from our streets, but in detecting other aspects. For example, changing patterns of behaviour; dumping hotspots; and evaluating preventative measures.
