Описание: Number 7 White Hart Lane N17 is - or certainly should be - one of Tottenham's small treasures. I can't help thinking that if the building was in a posh part of our borough then the nonentities who have pretended to "lead" our elected Council would have stirred themselves into action several years ago. This is an early 19th Century building which is nationally listed at Grade II. Haringey Council seems unable to prevent routine dumping on the pavement outside. Nor to persuade the owners to maintain the exterior to a high standard. (Assuming anyone from the Council actually tried.)
