Dear Vincent, Lorna and Reg, As you know, there’s a strip of land on the northern side of Dowsett Road N17, owned by British Telecom (BT) . It‘s adjacent to and separated from the public pavement by a low wall. A higher wall separates it from the main BT land and phone equipment. The strip runs from Honeysett Road to number 7 Dowsett Road. Also, as you probably remember, there’s a history – going back at least six years - of this strip being used to throw litter and dump rubbish. To be blunt it’s a large litter tray. After some nagging, last year BT put up a temporary fence and were hoping to get Haringey’s permission to redesign the strip to remove the low wall, which seems to be used by street drinkers. The fence remains, but as far as I know, nothing else has moved on the redesign. I took some photos last week. You can see that the fence has toppled over and is now leaning against the trees. Could I please ask you to take this up and try to solve the problem? Thanks. Alan
