Описание: 23 February 2018. Looking east along Chesnut Road N17 near the corner of Rycroft Way. Until recently the site behind the propped-up facade had suffered from grossly inadequate gating. Probably as a result, for months it had piles of dumped rubbish, of rubble, and broken pieces of corrugated grey roofing. There was a full skip of rubbish. Plus assorted other trash. And graffiti, of course. Recent improvements followed after Martin Ball and I complained to Haringey Council. So credit and thanks for those arranging the clean-up. But no excuses for whoever - owners or Council - left it open and apparently unsupervised for months. On 23 February the land was still not properly cleared-up. But let's look on the bright side. There were nice colourful pictures on the billboards. People could see how they propose to integrate the former frontage into the new design. Also several buzzwords: contemporary; luxury. loft.
