Описание: My photo shows the site of building work on 332-334 High Road N15. Before demolition it was previously a lawyers' office and before that Haringey Community Health Council. Wooden hoardings have been erected which narrow the pavement (sidewalk). A wire fence at the entrance to the site extends even further making it narrower still. The stump of the street light makes free access very much harder. I may be wrong but I doubt that a wheelchair user would be able to get past. And maybe someone with a child in a buggie would have the same problem. Not made any easier by the slope of the pavement crossover and spilled sand. Update I was wrong. This is High Road Tottenham, London N15 near a very busy junction with Monument Way - on the right of the photo below. For which the hoarding along the pavement seems to reduce visibility for both drivers and pedestrians. The double red lines painted on the road show that this section of roadway and pavements are the responsibility of Transport for London. ____________________________ § Google Maps 2017 Aerial View.
