The boots are from the original Hamilton character, with the leg on the right flipped horizontally. I copied the back of the leg on the left to fill in the thigh on the right, where a table blocks the view of this part of her leg. The title text font is Trajan Pro, with a space between each letter. The subtitle text is Gotham Condensed, also with a space between each letter.
