Описание: South Arlington, VA This house was put on the market several months ago after a purchase and reno in an apparent attempt to make a quick profit. It isn't going so well. Some of the typical advice may not always work in all situations - here, for example, they painted the brick gray, just like on TV. But around here, I think most possible owners probably are happier with the traditional brick. It seems to draw extra attention to the not very visually appealing cement steps, too. It also seems to defy common sense to leave the for sale sign listing at 15 degrees or so, and to leave the plants that were put in to make it look nice that were not watered and have died.
